Hi, I'm Ross.
I’ve worked in film and television for over 15 years, managing productions, solving problems fast, and keeping things on track behind the scenes. I still do some of that work, but Roughcut Repairs is how I help people locally with the kinds of jobs that always seem to fall to the bottom of the list. I started this business after moving from Brooklyn to Beacon with my family. Between raising a toddler and fixing up our 1880s house (while keeping one from destroying the other), I realized how hard it was to find help for the in-between stuff; the jobs that don’t need a contractor but definitely need doing.

Build + Set Up
Furniture, grills, storage, and kids’ gear you’d rather not tackle yourself.
Secure It
Safety add-ons like motion lights, babyproofing, and smart locks.
