Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change! You’re welcome to cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 12 hours in advance with no penalty. If you cancel less than 12 hours before your scheduled job, a $25 late cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file. This helps us cover lost time and prepare fairly for all our clients.
